Shipping Information
Orders are generally shipped within three days from receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays. This is is due to the fact that every design is printed exclusively to match every order. We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) if there are any questions about your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number. Below is information about shipping methods and transit times.
Standard Shipping
Orders are sent by standard shipping to most countries. The time for delivery varies from country to country. Our goal is that orders shall be delivered within 3-5 business days. The Dodeci design vinyl films are sent in red tubes across the globe. Each tube carries a maximum of 4 films. Orders are divided into the amount of tubes needed to carry out the order.
Standard Shipping Fee within Europe is €15 per tube.
Standard Shipping Fee to the U.S. is $ 23 per tube.
Standard Shipping Fee to central Asia is $ 35 per tube,
Customs Fees
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Dodeci.it is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
Return policy
We are extremely interested in fulfilling your dreams with our designs. If you are not happy with the design you have purchased, contact us at customercare@dodeci.it within 30 days of your purchase. Return the design to us and we will refund you the costs for the purchage, excluding costs for delivery. The refund will go through the credit card used on your purchage.
